Required NCIC CN1 certification, CAD familiarity, valid driver's license, and Maryland legal knowledge. Expect supervisory responsibilities, shift coordination, and adherence to CJIS policies.

• Requires high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience.
• Current NCIC CN1 certification required with CJIS knowledge.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
• Valid Maryland or other state driver's license.
• Knowledge of Maryland laws and departmental policies.
