The role involves heavy travel (75-100%), on-site leadership, safety oversight, and hands-on field tasks with GPS, GIS, and iPad data capture.

The position requires strong leadership, field experience with utility poles, and the ability to train others while maintaining safety and quality on projects.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.
• Analytical problem-solving and resource planning.
• Experience with utility pole inspection and restoration.
• Valid driver’s license and pass safety course.
• English language skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the reliability services crew to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Mentor team members and conduct on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate safety programs, inspections and documentation with the Safety Team.
• Oversee daily pole inspections and restoration work; ensure compliance with project specs.
• Communicate daily progress and needs to supervisors; arrange travel for crew.
