Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a UAM Reliability Services Foreperson to lead a crew in field inspections and pole restoration, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on field work with GPS, GIS, and data collection tools.

You will mentor team members, coordinate resources, and partner with Safety to conduct programs. The position is on-site in Oklahoma with statewide travel, and requires a valid driver's license and ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure and inspection/restoration.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet safety, quality, production, and compliance metrics.
• Monitor team performance and development.
• Set goals and manage safety, quality, and time.
• Communicate issues to Project Manager.
• Manage time and attendance and reporting.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for crew.
