Hirebridge is seeking a Program Manager for its Pole Restoration, Trussing & Inspection program in Oklahoma. This role requires the management of field crews, ensuring quality and safety standards are met during utility pole restoration projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in utility infrastructure, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in utility pole restoration or trussing.
• Experience managing field crews and construction teams.
• Knowledge of wood pole deterioration and restoration eligibility.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Manage field crews performing utility pole restoration and inspection.
• Coordinate crew scheduling and logistics for projects.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections for installations and repairs.
• Serve as primary contact with clients for program updates.
