Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Foreman to lead inspection, maintenance, and restoration work on utility infrastructure in Charleston, WV. You will plan daily field operations, supervise crews of up to ten, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of diverse projects.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Foreman Training Program, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll use tablets for data collection and coordinate with teams across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of Foreman Training Program is required
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license with clean record; ability to obtain pesticide applicator license if needed
• Strong leadership and field supervision skills; ability to train and supervise crews of up to 10 people
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate daily field operations
• Excellent communication and safety focus; experience with data collection tools and Osmose software
