Davey Tree Surgery Co. in Signal Hill, CA is seeking a pole foreman to organize and oversee maintenance of utility poles outdoors. You will lead 3–5 person crews, mentor staff, and enforce safety standards on every job site.

The role requires OSHA/HAZMAT training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Compensation includes job stability, benefits, and opportunities within a large employee-owned company.

Formación

• Love of the outdoors.
• Ability to complete Electrical Hazard Awareness Program and OSHA Training.
• Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
• Required: valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: CDL Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement.
• Preferred: pole test and treat experience or other related work.
• Preferred: relevant pesticide licenses/certificates as required by state law.
• Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist and TCIA Tree Care Safety certifications.
