Entergy in New Orleans seeks an experienced professional to manage pole attachment processes for its distribution facilities. You will act as the main liaison between Entergy and attaching companies, handling billing, inspections, and contractual administration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pole attachments or utility coordination, with strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to support multiple projects and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in pole attachments, utility coordination, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies and pole attachment regulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; negotiate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes for pole attachments to Entergy distribution facilities.
• Serve as primary liaison between Entergy and attachment owners.
• Handle billing, auditing, and collections for attaching entities.
• Oversee field/engineering inspections and ensure NESC compliance.
• Provide storm support for designated roles.
• Administer pole attachment agreements with communication companies.
• Monitor and report on invoice collections and AR activities.
• Coordinate NJUNS system training and usage across teams.
• Maintain Attachment Database System (ADS) for poles in service area.
• Coordinate make-ready contributions and billing for attachments.
• Educate operations/design on regulatory changes and process issues.
• Potentially manage cross-jurisdictional projects.
