Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, high‑quality pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum three years driving experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physically demanding work, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
  • Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure efficient completion.
  • Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
  • Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
  • Complete documentation, reports, and project updates accurately.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, utility reps, landowners, and community members.
  • Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
