• Cable pulling: verify strand, pull and place into tension plate.
• Pole assembly: cut, mark, and assemble components and tighten hardware.
• Pole inspection: work with molds, inspect, report defects, and maintain safety.
• Post-job cleanup: perform general housekeeping and store tools properly.
