Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• One year of general labor experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures with exposure to chemicals.
• Ability to recognize and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Cable pulling and strand preparation for pole assembly.
• Assemble poles including marking holes and installing components.
• Inspect poles and coordinate with crane operators.
• Post-job cleanup and general housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
