Job summary

Rail Events Productions seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride in New Orleans. You will lead the on-site food & beverage operations, coordinate with production and FOH managers, and ensure seamless passenger service with third-party vendors and railroad staff.

You will manage inventory, enforce health regulations, and drive a high-performing team in a fast-paced, live event setting aboard a moving train.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering and special events.
• Prior experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems in real time in a live performance environment.
• Proven leadership for the event staff and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with REP Food and Beverage equipment and processes.
• Manage daily staff duties and inventory controls.
• Enforce local and state health regulations and standards.
• Oversee opening/closing operations with adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and FOH Manager for catered meals.
