The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee all food and beverage production for THE POLAR EXPRESS train ride in New Orleans, coordinating with the Production Food and Beverage Supervisor, Production Manager, and Front of House Manager to ensure a seamless passenger experience.

You will lead the on-site team, manage onboard inventory, enforce health regulations, and communicate with third-party vendors and railroad staff with urgency in a fast-paced setting on a moving train.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering and special events.
• Ability to lead and coordinate event staff in a live setting.
• Proven communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily staff duties and inventory controls.
• Ensure health regulations are followed and safety protocols are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, FOH Manager, and production staff to deliver meals.
