Job summary

Rail Events Productions, NOLA, seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage all food and beverage production in coordination with the REP leadership. Youll be the on-site contact, communicating with vendors, railroad staff, event employees and passengers to ensure a seamless experience.

Youll lead staff, manage inventory, enforce health regulations, and supervise opening/closing processes while upholding REP quality standards in a dynamic, live-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering and special events.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to lead event staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage production activities in coordination with supervisors.
• Serve as on-site contact and communicate with vendors, staff and passengers.
• Lead daily operations, inventory, and ensure health regulations are followed.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain product quality.
• Train staff and manage performance in a temporary, high-paced setting.
