Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a Seasonal Event Supervisor for The Polar Express experience at Grand Canyon Railway. You will oversee the event process, coordinating with the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless nightly performances for up to 2,376 riders.

Responsibilities include supervising 30–40 cast members, enforcing hospitality standards, and managing guest safety. Schedule consists of a 4-day work week with weekends required during the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, transportation, or event production.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in hospitality.
• Valid/clear Arizona Driver’s License and compliance with vehicle policy.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day event operations to ensure smooth, on-schedule execution.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor to resolve issues and ensure production integrity.
• Supervise 30–40 cast members during nightly shows and manage crew schedules.
• Ensure guest safety and high standards of hospitality and service.
