Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc., based in the United States, seeks an Electronics Technician (ET) Supervisor to lead the ET team in supporting the NPP program. The role partners with the Program Manager and Talent Acquisitions to meet staffing, training, and documentation needs, including travel paperwork and performance appraisals.

This position requires deployment to McMurdo Station, Antarctica, with physical qualification and DoD/commercial environment experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid USA passport and be able to obtain a T1 clearance.
• Must pass internal background checks and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to perform duties in extreme environments and deploy to Antarctica.
• Experience with hardware maintenance including replacing components such as drives, motherboards, RAM and power supplies.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains staff in quality processes and deliverables.
• Leads and mentors assigned staff.
• Oversees performance and training for maximum output.
• Travel to Antarctica up to 6 months per year.
• Coordinates workshops, meetings, and prepares meeting minutes.
• Maintains safety and quality documentation and reports.
• Maintains maintenance logs and inventory records.
• Provides maintenance support for DoD and polar systems.
