Job summary

Creatio seeks a Technical Advisor to join our Global Customer Support Division, supporting enterprise customers in operation, optimization, and strategic use of the Creatio platform across MEA/America/Europe.

You will be the primary technical contact, developing deep understanding of each customer’s architecture and objectives, combining troubleshooting with proactive advisory guidance to ensure stability, value, and long-term success. The role is based in Poland and requires advanced English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise technical support, professional services, or TAM/TA roles.
• Experience with Creatio or similar low-code/no-code and CRM/SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, cloud infra, and performance tuning.
• Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English and proactive, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Technical Account Ownership for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Escalation case management with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
• Proactive monitoring, risk prevention, and performance optimization recommendations.
• Platform enablement consulting and tailored architectural guidance.
• Participate in QBRs and strategic reviews, influencing roadmap with customer insights.
