Job summary

Prairie Meadows is seeking a Poker Supervisor to oversee and supervise our team of Poker Dealers, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards in the poker area.

You will supervise staff, monitor game activity, and maintain effective gaming service across the designated area, while addressing guest concerns and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years multi-game dealing experience preferred.
• Complete knowledge of all games on the casino floor including rules, policies, procedures, and cheating methods required.
• Must complete a wide variety of specific games training programs with resulting proficiency in required pit games.
• Must be able to use a computer and communicate effectively with customers as well as all levels of employees.
• Must be able to stand or walk for an entire 8 to 10-hour shift.
• This position spends the majority of shifts on the casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke.
• Must be able to distinguish various colors.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
