Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Poker Room Supervisor for our Nichols, NY location. The role leads live table operations in a fast-paced casino setting, coaching Dealers and ensuring integrity of gameplay while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, knowledge of NYS Gaming Commission regulations, and the ability to mentor team members. The position requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Poker Room Supervisors Regular Hourly Full-Time Nichols, NY, US

We’re looking for an experienced Poker Room Supervisor who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional gaming experience for every guest.

If you enjoy mentoring team members, overseeing live table operations, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations while creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Verify gaming table transactions and monitor gameplay integrity in assigned areas
• Inspect cards, chips, and gaming equipment prior to play to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Monitor all poker games for suspicious or irregular activity and respond appropriately when necessary
• Track and monitor player rating activity, including average bets and length of play, ensuring accurate player data entry into the Casino Management System
• Open and close games while verifying table counts provided by Dealers
• Support Dealers through coaching, guidance, and operational assistance during live gameplay
• Interview, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate Poker Room Dealers
• Plan, assign, and direct work while maintaining a positive and productive team environment
• Address associate concerns, resolve operational issues, and support a culture of accountability and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of NYS Gaming Commission regulations and casino operational procedures
• Knowledge of basic strategy and rules for all supervised games
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively while maintaining gaming integrity
• Strong business acumen and computer proficiency
• Ability to accurately monitor and enter player information into the Casino Management System
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and guest-focused in a fast-paced casino environment

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Poker Room Dealers on a daily basis
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution

Schedule Requirements

• Casino operations run 7 days a week between 9 AM and 3 AM
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required
