Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Full-Time Dual Rate Dealer who can perform as either a Dealer or Floor Supervisor based on business needs. Ensure game integrity, safeguard assets, and provide a safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include dealing and supervising, monitoring monies, and training staff to uphold high service standards. A Maryland license is required or obtainable, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience with a four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical school education in dealing specified games.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• As a Dealer: deal games, monitor table monies, control cards and equipment, and provide excellent customer service.
• As a Supervisor: supervise dealers, manage table game activity, and assist other departments to ensure success.
• Administer fills/credits, player ratings, markers, and rundowns; monitor for cheating or irregular play.
• Develop staff through training and evaluations; review table game activities with directors as needed.
