Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Poker Room Attendant to greet guests, manage player flow, and assist with tournaments and promotions in the poker room. You will register players, seat games, and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, basic poker knowledge, and solid computer and communication skills to handle inquiries, balance tables, and support staff in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Maryland license.
• Flexible with work schedule; may require extended hours.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service with a professional demeanor.
• Register players using the poker software.
• Seat players and balance games.
• Answer telephone inquiries and take reservations.
• Assist with poker tournament registrations and payouts.
• Assist with comps, Live! Rewards cards, and promotions.
• Expedite food orders and assist with guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the poker room.
