Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior poker experience within Casino Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Placement of guests into games.
• Develop customer relations and facilitate MGM Rewards card usage.
• Explain rules and answer questions for guests.
• Open games in accordance with supervisor’s instructions.
• Handle player transactions and maintain poker table banks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Track player activity using internal systems to ensure accurate records.
