Parx Casino in Bucks County is seeking a Poker Dealer to accurately exchange currency for gaming chips and seat players for assigned games. You will handle dealing duties, ensure game integrity, and maintain asset security while warmly engaging customers.

Ideal candidates have prior poker dealing experience and strong English skills, with the ability to pass a math test. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic gaming floor environment.

Efficiently and courteously deal and protect assigned games asdescribed in established policies and procedures, maintainingcompliance with rules, laws and regulations.

• Accurately exchange currency for gaming chips.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
• Assist with seating players and getting player chips when notdealing on a game.
• Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games and assets.
• Assume and maintain control of assigned games.
• Maintain game security, asset protection and rule andregulation enforcement.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry wide practices andreport to management any that may benefit the Company
• Acknowledge, warmly greet and converse with customers who playat or approach assigned games.
• Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events andpromotions and respond to customers accordingly
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain requiredapprovals and acknowledgements according to established policiesand procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
