Parx Casino in Bucks County, PA is seeking a table games dealer with strong customer service skills. You will deliver professional guest service at the table, verify transactions, and monitor play to protect assets while adhering to gaming regulations.

You will also assist in recruiting and training Poker Games personnel, stay informed about promotions, and collaborate with casino departments to ensure a high standard of operation.

Formación

• 2+ years as a table games dealer.
• Good proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Effective knowledge of casino management software and live games equipment.
• Good game protection skills and knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, attentive service to guests at assigned games.
• Verify and substantiate table transactions, providing signatory validations as required.
• Inform supervisors of game progress, disputes, issues, suspicious activity, and substantial play.
• Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games and all associated assets, including currency, chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
• Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and established business processes.
• Promote and maintain open, clear, and effective two-way communication with all related departments and supervisory staff.
• Offer suggestions and recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Interact with team members and other departments in a professional, positive manner to foster strong rapport and teamwork.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, development and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and ensure dealers are properly briefed.
• Issue compliments in accordance with company internal controls.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
• Click the Customize and control icon in the top right
• Select Settings
• Select Show advanced settings
• Under Privacy, click on Content settings
• Enter the website's address greenracing.atsondemand.com and select Allow
• Click Done

Substantiate table games business processes and transactionswithin assigned areas during your shift, continuously monitoringgames to ensure integrity and protect company assets. Deliverexceptional guest service and ensure dealers uphold the same high standard.
