Job summary

Requirements include a PharmD (or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy), 24 months Poison Control experience, and licensure with the Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy, ABAT

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required; equivalency: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy acceptable.
• 24 months experience in Poison Control.
• Licensing/certifications: Pharmacist licensure by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, Diplomate of the ABAT, and Oklahoma Preceptor's License (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Hiring contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Oklahoma Poison Control Center.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise poison information pharmacist specialists and staff.
• Manage budgets, staffing resources, and collaborate with leadership on initiatives, research, and quality improvement.
