Qualifications

• Experience in a medical/clinic setting is preferred.
• Ability to learn EMR systems quickly and accurately.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for this location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Register new patients and update demographics, collect co-pays and insurance info in the EMR.
• Manage front desk flow: check-in, answers questions, direct patients.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.
• Handle faxes and outbound referrals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
