Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group seeks a licensed Podiatrist to provide compassionate care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living communities in St. Louis, MO. You will perform podiatric care, diagnose and treat foot conditions, deliver preventive care, and educate patients and caregivers.

Flexible scheduling with full- or part-time options, competitive pay, and full benefits. Document encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad and participate in Medicare quality

Qualifications

• DPM degree is required.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings.
• Lift/carry up to 15 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health.
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care.
• Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
