Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine to provide foot and ankle care in Jacksonville, Florida. The candidate should demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

As Upperline expands, this individual will be able to explore a wide range of career opportunities within the company. Our DPMs provide care in a clinic setting with hospital staff, assess patients, perform examinations, order imaging, and develop a clinical plan of care.

Qualifications

• DPM degree with active license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• DEA registration or eligibility required.
• CPR certification expected.
• Excellent oral and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Compassion for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and ankle care in a clinic setting with hospital staff involvement.
• Assess patients, review history, perform exams, order imaging, and develop a care plan.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain medical records per state regulations and company standards.
• Participate in continuing education as required.
