Qualifikationen

• DPM degree with appropriate certification and licensure.
• Active DPM license or ability to obtain within timeframe.

• DEA registration or eligibility.
• CPR certification per state requirements.
• Strong compassion for patients and families.

Aufgaben

• Provide podiatric care in a clinic setting with hospital staff affiliation.
• Assess patients, review history, perform exams, order tests, and develop care plans.
• Treat foot and ankle conditions, including trauma and wound care, with surgical options when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, medications, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation per state and company policy.
• Engage in continuing education as required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Prescribe medications as permitted by the Board.
