Job summary

West Beverly Podiatry Group is seeking an experienced, certified Podiatric Medical Assistant to support patient care and administrative tasks in a fast-paced podiatry practice. Bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential, with training provided for podiatry-specific procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of medical assisting experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work at Duarte and Montebello locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with podiatry exposure preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for patient communication.
• 1–3 years medical assisting experience; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist doctors with podiatric procedures.
• Manage patient charts and medical files; coordinate with device reps.
• Prepare instruments and injections for in‑office procedures.

We are looking for an experienced, certifiedPodiatric Medical Assistantwith a passion for patient care and strong bilingual Spanish/English skills. In this role, you will perform a blend of clinical and administrative tasks to help ensure our practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide a welcoming and friendlyenvironment, and assist doctors with podiatric procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Efficiently manage patient charts, organize medical files, direct cooperation with device reps to get patients the care they need.
• Clinical Assistance: Prepare and set out instruments, prepare injections, and support in-office procedures as needed.

• Experience: 1-3 years in a medical assisting role (preferred). Podiatry experience is a plus. New graduates are welcomed as well. (We will provide training).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, bilingual (Spanish/English), excellent communication (written and verbal), and ability to work well under minor pressure (we can get busy!).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work at both our Duarte and Montebello locations as needed.
