Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Bothell, WA is seeking a Clinical Validation Engineer (Sonographer) to drive clinical input, define workflows, and support design and testing of point-of-care ultrasound systems.

You will join a cross-functional team, ensure safety and clinical performance, conduct evaluations, and translate user needs into requirements while advancing innovative POCUS solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work model with travel up to 20% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RDCS and/or CCI (RCS) and/or RDMS credentialing.
• TEE experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years in medical ultrasound imaging.
• Previous medical device industry or POCUS development experience preferred.
• GCP certification required within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to ensure systems are clinically diagnostic and safe.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and report clinical testing and validations.
• Maintain knowledge of POCUS workflows and clinical practices.
• Advocate for customer user needs focusing on reliability and ease of use.
• Support cross-functional teams to align requirements and tests with workflows.
