Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients when regular staff are unavailable, with opportunities for daily pay and a $250 monthly bonus. The role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and documenting care activities across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.

What You'll Do:

We are now offering Daily Pay!! Work today, get paid tomorrow!!

Eligible employees will receive a $250 sign-on bonus, split between their first two paychecks. To qualify for each bonus payment, employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the applicable pay period. The bonus will be paid in two installments of $125 each, provided the employee meets the required hours for each applicable period. Failure to meet the hourly requirement will forfeit the bonus.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:
