Job summary

Molex is seeking a Materials and Logistics Coordinator to support Prototype/POC operations in Lisle, IL. You will coordinate purchasing, inbound and outbound logistics, material receiving, inventory control, and project kitting to ensure materials are purchased, received, tracked, organized, and delivered with accurate system transactions.

The role involves tracking shipments, collaborating with Customs, coordinating international shipments, purchasing lab supplies, and maintaining stockroom

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom, warehouse, materials, or inventory environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and material receiving.
• Track and manage inventory, cycle counts and labeling.
• Process purchase orders and verify shipments against POs.
• Kit materials for projects and return unused items to stock.
• Support customs data activities for POC materials.
• Communicate with Accounts Payable to close POs.
