MLK Community Healthcare is seeking a POC and LIS Coordinator to oversee integration and functionality of point-of-care testing and LIS across hospital areas, ensuring accurate data management and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in phlebotomy, lab procedures, and IT, with strong communication to collaborate with clinical staff, IT, and management to optimize workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent.
• Advanced certification or training in phlebotomy, medical technology, QA/QM or health field preferred.
• Licensed CLIS with POC or QA/QM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality and functionality of POC testing and LIS across hospital areas.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and action on equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with nursing, physicians, IT and management for efficient POC testing.
