Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. seeks a PNT Senior-Level Engineer to lead the PNT Innovation Center in Huntsville, Alabama. You will guide a team in RF/PNT research, testing, and simulation to accelerate DoD capabilities.

The role requires managing test campaigns, lab infrastructure, and cross‑functional coordination with government and industry partners, including proposal writing and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 5 years of full-time STEM experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site lead for the PNT Innovation Center in Huntsville, AL.
• Oversee PIC marketing, business development, test infrastructure, and test campaigns.
• Plan and direct procurement, maintenance, and cyber hardening of lab equipment.
• Direct projects and coordinate the technical team across phases and reviews.
• Coordinate with government partners, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Interface with nou Systems leadership; provide schedule and budget updates.
• Lead business development, idea generation, and proposals in the PNT domain.
