Job summary

Perfect North Slopes in LAWRENCEBURG, IN 47025 is hiring for a Seasonal Food & Facility Services Staff position for 2026-2027. The role supports the resort by preparing and serving foods, helping maintain lodge cleanliness, and greeting guests.

You will work across facilities, guest service, food prep, and safety tasks, with opportunities for pay raises based on experience. Applicants must meet age and background check requirements and be ready to join a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 14 years old by 11/1/2026 to apply.
• All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities are needed for this position.

Responsibilities

• Facilities: Ensure the safety of the facility and its employees, including but not limited to trash and snow removal as necessary. Keep inventory organized.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly, efficient service and help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
• Food Prep: Tasks vary daily, but include preparing ingredients, unloading deliveries, cleaning dishes, and sanitizing work stations.
• Food Service: Responsible for preparing and portioning meals, distributing, and serving meals, beverages, and snacks, and cleaning dining areas.
• Food Safety: Follow all food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and cleaning procedures.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors. Be able to work well in a team with coworkers and managers.
• Professionalism: Behave professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in different areas of the Food & Facility Services Department as operational needs change.
• Problem Solve: Solve problems effectively and efficiently, especially during busy shifts.

Food & Facility Services Staff Seasonal Position 2026-2027

The Food & Facility Services Department at Perfect North Slopes manages the food outlets at the resort. We prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold foods, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks in between! The friendly staff also helps to maintain lodge cleanliness, greets customers, and is often the very first interaction our guests have with Perfect North Slopes.

Pay Rate

• $13.50 per hour
• $13.00 per hour for entry level/limited role jobs
• Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Perfect North Slopes.

The Food & Facility Services Department is looking to hire approximately 75 new employees.
