Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Able to read, understand and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations.
• A&P Certification a plus but not required.
• At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble assemblies, clean assemblies, repair or perform removal/replacement of components, re-assembly of parts per OEM/FAA data.
• Keep all personal and company tools in working conditions.
• Assist manager with supervision of technicians and facilitate tasks.
• Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.
