Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Technician for our Pneumatic shop. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and seeking advancement, this is the right position for you.

You will disassemble, clean, repair or replace components per OEM/FAA data, supervise technicians in the absence of the Manager, and ensure tools stay in good condition. The ideal candidate has 15+ years as a lead technician, excellent English communication, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations.
• A&P Certification a plus but not required.
• At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

Job description

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a Lead Technician for our Pneumatic shop. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Lead Technician may be required to:

• Disassemble assemblies, clean assemblies, repair or perform the removal and replacement of components, re-assembly of parts in accordance with OEM and FAA approval data.
• Keep all personal and company tools in working conditions.
• Assist manager with the supervision of the technicians, as well as to assist and facilitate the technicians in accomplishing their tasks.
• Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

Skills/Education & Experience:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English
