Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Technician for the Pneumatic shop. The role involves disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling components per OEM and FAA data, while mentoring technicians and assisting the manager in supervision.

Applicants should have strong English skills, the ability to read manuals, and be a team player. A&P certification is a plus but not required; 401K, health insurance, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• A&P Certification is a plus but not required.
• minimum 15 years as a lead technician preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, repair or replace components and reassemble per OEM and FAA data.
• Keep all personal and company tools in working condition.
• Assist manager with supervising technicians and coordinating tasks.
• Manage and supervise the department in the absence of the Manager/Supervisor.
