Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for an FAA-regulated facility in Miami. The role emphasizes hands-on electronics work, harness fabrication, and systems troubleshooting within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics background, experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings. FAA-regulated setting with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Aviation Maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics, aerospace, or related technical field preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Experience fabricating, wiring, and repairing electrical harnesses and cable assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment and systems.
• Support engineering personnel with daily operational and project tasks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and documentation.
• Collect, record, and analyze technical data; maintain logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, AS9100, safety and company requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment with required tools.

Education
