Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group in Miami, FL is seeking a seasoned Lead Technician for the Pneumatic shop who is outgoing, a fast learner, and eager for advancement. The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate repair tasks, interpret OEM and FAA approval data, and ensure all tools and equipment remain in excellent working condition while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will disassemble assemblies, clean parts, perform replacements, re‑assemble per specifications,

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.
• Must read, understand, and interpret Repair station and Quality Control Manuals, company policies, procedures and regulations.
• A&P Certification a plus but not required.
• At least 15 years of experience as a lead technician preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills; must be a team player.
