Astyra Corporation seeks a Senior IT Project Manager – PMP to lead critical IT projects such as the iSMART Training Management System replacement and ongoing WITS infrastructure support, in a hybrid setup local to Harrisburg, PA.

This role requires an active PMI PMP certification for 5+ years, and 7–9 years of relevant project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 7–9 years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification (minimum 5 years active).
• Must be a current Pennsylvania resident and able to work in Harrisburg, PA office one day per month.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects, including the iSMART Training Management System replacement and WITS infrastructure enhancements.
• Direct, manage, and coordinate project activities across planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, schedules, budgets, and risk/issue/communication plans.
• Mentor and guide less experienced project managers and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
