Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a senior Project Manager to lead the DDAP IT program, including iSMART/TMS replacement and WITS support. You will drive projects end-to-end, align requirements across IT teams, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality.

The role requires 7–9 years in PM, PMP certification, and Pennsylvania residency with occasional in-office presence in Harrisburg.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Must be a current Pennsylvania resident.
• Must be able to work in Harrisburg, PA office one day a month.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
• Strong background in Public Health, especially Drug and Alcohol Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DDAP IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain PMO artifacts and project plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
