Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the Lead PM for major IT initiatives, including iSMART (TMS replacement) and ongoing WITS support. You will drive from planning through delivery, coordinating IT teams and stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

The role requires 7–9 years of PM experience, PMP certification, and a PA residency with ability to visit a Harrisburg, PA office monthly.

Qualifications

• Must have 7–9 years of project management experience.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions is highly desired.
• Strong background in Public Health with emphasis on Drug and Alcohol Programs is highly desired.
• Must be a current Pennsylvania resident and able to work in Harrisburg, PA office 1 day/month.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM for IT projects, including iSMART/TMS replacement and WITS product support.
• Direct and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and gain approval for Project Management Plan and Deliverables Matrix.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Applications, Data, Networking, Security, and Service Management.
• Monitor risks, issues, RAID log, and project metrics; report to stakeholders.
