Qualifications

• Current PMP certification and PMI membership.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and techniques.
• Ability to review and interpret contract documents, plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as contract manager and PMP on construction projects to ensure accountability and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and bid processes for projects.
• Prepare A/E design documents, cost estimates, and required project documentation.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and code compliance across projects.
• Assist in contracting, GMP reviews, and notices to proceed; ensure warranty and closeout requirements.
