Responsibilities
Support planning and policy development for effective and economical use of space in the client’s portfolio.
Develop procedures to resolve space problems in government-owned and government-leased facilities.
Standardize procedures for renovations according to Department-wide policies.
Maintain space allocation records and conduct space surveys for utilization.
Assist in vacating space, planning furniture reuse and disposal.
Maintain space records and provide feedback on layouts and workflows.
