Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support planning and policy development for effective and economical use of space in the client’s portfolio.
• Develop procedures to resolve space problems in government-owned and government-leased facilities.
• Standardize procedures for renovations according to Department-wide policies.
• Maintain space allocation records and conduct space surveys for utilization.
• Assist in vacating space, planning furniture reuse and disposal.
• Maintain space records and provide feedback on layouts and workflows.
