Job summary

Unanet seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee software implementations across the United States. You will define project objectives, align with organizational goals, and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle while focusing on customer satisfaction and growth.

You will manage multiple client engagements, utilize tools like Monday.com and Confluence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget, driving adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification issued by PMI.
• Experience managing Time & Materials software implementations with budgets & revenue forecasting.
• Managing a high-volume portfolio of 40+ concurrent customer implementation projects.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS implementations (ERP, HR/CRM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Unanet software implementations within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop, refine, and maintain project artifacts and internal docs for execution and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate expectations clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful client implementations.
• Deliver multiple client implementations with varying project types and maintain client satisfaction.
