Job summary

MSD Malaysia seeks a highly operational and technically fluent Director to serve as the Operational Integrator for the PMOE team. Reporting to the AVP, this role acts as the central operational link across verticals, delivering rigorous quality control and delivery oversight for strategic outputs in DHH.

You will partner with senior leaders to optimize the Business of IT, manage budgets, and drive cross‑functional execution across finance, strategy, architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational leadership within IT or digital health.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with quantified impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align PMOE with DHH operating standards and performance metrics.
