Job summary

Merck & Co. in Rahway, NJ seeks a Director to act as the Operational Integrator for PM/OE, providing cross-functional alignment and rigorous delivery oversight across Finance, Strategy/OKRs, and Architecture.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting or strategic operations.
10 years of operational leadership in IT or Digital Health or a matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of the Business of IT, including financial planning and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner PM/OE with leadership to align priorities and strengthen execution.
Design and evolve PM/OE operating model and leadership cadence for accountability.
Lead triage and resolution of operational hurdles across IT and business teams.
Direct cross-pillar initiatives requiring coordinated execution across PM/OE groups.
Monitor capacity and delivery risk, reallocating resources to meet deadlines.
