Job summary

• Serve as trusted operational partner to PMOE Leader and align priorities.
• Design and evolve PMOE operating model, cadence, and accountability.
• Lead triage of operational hurdles and timely issue resolution.
• Direct cross‑pillar initiatives requiring coordinated execution.
• Maintain visibility into capacity and delivery risk for critical deadlines.
• Review deliverables with rigorous quality assurance.
• Scale best practices across the DHH and broader IT leadership.
• Represent PMOE in cross‑functional meetings and forums.
• Drive adoption of new workflows and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Track outcomes and gather feedback to reduce administrative drag.
