Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate workforce training, certification support, facilitation, and process-improvement initiatives under CBP programs. You will ensure training completion, organize logistics, and help translate lessons learned into practical improvements.

The role involves supporting DHS FAC-COR and FAC-PM processes, managing training records, and collaborating with government staff to optimize program delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset the education requirement with Government client approval.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating federal training and workforce development; DHS FAC-COR or FAC-PM processes.
• Preferred: Experience facilitating meetings and process-improvement efforts.
• Preferred: SharePoint content management, travel systems, training-registration logistics, and financial tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate PMO training execution and monitor CBP mandatory training completion.
• Maintain training records and develop training materials requested by Government.
• Support Government employee certification processes including FAC-COR and FAC-PM.
• Manage Training SharePoint page; research courses, registrations, schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinate registrations, travel-approval submissions, communications, and documentation with staff.
• Plan and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, track actions, and distribute minutes.
